LaGrand came by my home and could not have been more informative and especially honest. I have had so many bad experiences, it was a pleasure. He explained what was going on, what we could do and when..The most honest knowledgeable guy I have met in twenty years. LaGrand was professional. and I have found a new service company. When I do need to add new equipment I will use LaGrand and Neering. I trust them,.and highly recommend them. What a breath of fresh air finally!!!!
